Water is a large part of human body: babies about 78%, one year old 65%, adult men about 60%, and adult women about 55%. Our lean muscles are about 75% water by weight, our bones are about 22% of water, and our body fat contains 10% of water. Of the total body water, which is 60% of the body weight, the intracellular fluid is 40% and the extracellular fluid is 20% of body weight.
Besides of the carbonated water, soft drinks does not contain any ingredients that would be required for human body functions. Moreover, all the sodas’ ingredients do interfere with those functions causing them fail over time. Continue reading
